Darth Vader inspects a new regiment of stormtroopers meant for Coruscant city guard duty. But so impressed is he with their marksmanship that he instead has them sent to the Death Star and tells a protesting Moff Kadir: "You shall make do with what we provide. Unless you'd rather share your predecessor's fate." A short time later, a man with a breath mask meets with the Emperor. This man, Grand Moff Trachta, is told to assemble a detachment for the Emperor's own journey to inspect the Death Star. After he leaves, Palpatine brings Vader before him with an assignment: a group of stormtroopers was murdered on Dargulli by a lone vigilante wielding a lightsaber. He wants this man, whoever he is, dealt with . . . .
