About Me

My name is Ulrika Andersson. Me and my husband Göran Andersson lives in Onsala ( 30 km south from Gothenburg) I work as an opticans since -96 and I like my profession.

I have always loved animals and especially cats. When I was a little girl I often visited my grand parents. They lived on the contry side. There where always a litter somewere to be loved. I rememder a little black cat, who was very special, she always came running to us when she saw our car.

 After my education I wanted to buy a cat of my own. My husband and I read about ragdolls in books and on the internet. We found the breed very beutiful and friendly.

In the autumn of -98 I saw ragdolls for the first time. I thought I wanted a female ragdoll. But it just said CLICK when we saw Kicker, a very pretty male kitten.

I didn´t know anyting about cat shows, but we tried that to. The first time we showed Kicker he became the best seal colour poined ragdoll, and of course we where so happy!

Kicker was our baby and we where so sad when her became ill and died in the spring of -02. I miss him sleeping next to my pillow every night.

We decided to buy a new ragdoll and went over to England. I had heard about Mrs Eileen Lawes and her beautiful ragdolls. She had a very beautiful litter. We choosed a little girl and called her Juliet.

Now everything is okey with us and we have a new little ragdoll to love.
