A cover for
the Turkish M1 helmet. Here shown on an Austrian helmet with Turkish
decals alegedly used by Turkey. The camouflage pattern is that used by
the paratroopers from the 1970's - 1980's. The cover is sewn out of a
scrapped uniform and is held in place by a draw string. I have serious
doubts about the authenticity of this helmet and cover. At least the
camouflage material is authentic... The black elastic cord is probably
too new for this display, but I show it as I got it. |
