Comments from a satisfied customer: They have a wonderful facility, very friendly people. They take the time to help and answer questions. Domestic sheep hide processing has alot of quality hand finishing currently, and the prices are a little higher than some processors at the moment.     If there were enough interest for him to justify a piece of machinery, the costs would come down. The work he showed me was fabulous. There are too few tanneries, let's help encourage them to order the equipment.

NOTE: Stearn Tanning's building butmrd in June 2007. In a phone call the owner told a sheep raiser that he planned to rebuild the plant in a new location in the same general area. When they will be back in active processing is not known at this time.
