Lightly smoked reindeer meat in thin slices



Fry meat with onion and morel mushrooms in butter. Salt and Pepper. Add cream and soya.



Serve plain with potatoes or fries and rowanberry yello.

Note: Morel can be exchanged for any other mushroom.
Morel is considered poisionous and lethal outside Scandinavia. But we like it!
