PIKE ON OPEN FIRE
Salt and peppar. Fill the pike with butter and onion. Garlic if You like garlic.
Wrap it in aliminium-folio and a very wet newspaper.
Put on open fire - When the newspaper is gone the fish is done.


Serve with potatoes and beer or white wine.
