Homemade salsa picante with
fresh plumtomatos, chili, onion, garlic, lemon,
coriander/cilantro, salt and black peppers boiled in stock of
choice.
 
Remove the moist stock, add some olive oil
and a teaspoon of honey, and run in a blender before
dipping nachos or vegatables in this great salsa. For more redish color
add some Ajvar Relish.
Serve cold.
