Once upon a time

Once upon a time in a land
Lived a girl that I once new
blond straight hair and green eyes
I don’t know how many dreams she dreamed
or how many times she tried
but I now when she stoped dreaming
I now when she lost her faith
when she lost her power to struggle

for you see:
she´s tired now
the sorrow´s laying heavely
the pain are all she has left
and no one can shange that
she dont now what to beleive in
all her dreams are gone
her dreams she thuoght was from above
was only her own wishes and imaginations
the one she believed in
was only her own yearning

who should she beleive in and in what
when she cant trust her self
she want somebody to schake her alive
but she is tired.. so tired
her soul is heavy to carry
and the darkness in the night
A place to hide
where no one can see her
are her only comfort

can some one rescue her
or is it to late
to late to dream
to late for hopes
or would her hart dear
to beat one more time

you see:
she´s tired now and no one is there
the ones she beleived in left
they come in to her life as a little girl
let her hart to beleive in dreams
but when the sorrow in her hart
pushed her away
they didn´t catched her and hold her tight

you see:
a hart filld with sorrows and pain
and eyes who hides with tears
cant see the roads she traveling
she need some one to lead
you see:
It´s like a child
they need some one to lead them
they need a father to hold their hand
some one they can trust on and beleive in

she beleived in you
but you let her go
and thats her biggest pain
why dont you understand
that´s the sorrow in her hart
how´s keeping her away
why didn´t you loved her more
to hold her tight
why did you light the fire in her hart
and leaved her alone
but she cant ask for anything
you see:
she´s not theirs owns

why
her questions oaks in the night
wihtout no answer

she beleived in you
and somewhere in her hart
she still beleive in you
but she´s tired now.. so tired
to love a father is her biggest pain

summer goes to winter
years after years
but the picture of you
and the warmth in your eyes
will never fade
you will always have that
speciell place in her hart
you are that missing part in her
