Let us inform you about Mysto's Hot Lips - that super scandinavian traditional jazz band. If you like traditional jazz in the style of Chris Barber or Ken Colyer, revival jazz at its best, Mysto's Hot Lips is definitely the band for you. Mysto's Hot Lips has existed as a band since the early 80's, but long before it was put together we all played in other bands, and could certainly be said to draw from a vast experience.

Festivals
Most of the time we have been a touring band primarily on the European market. Through the years we have made appearances at a great number of festivals, such as Dunkerque, Askersund, Stockholm,Dresden, Kungshamn, Helsingborg, Kungsbacka, Göteborg, s'Hertogenbosch, Ålborg, Århus, Trysil, Fredericia, Gorinchem, Skagen, Malvern, Ljungby, Berlin, Cyprus, Köpenick, Gelsenkirchen, Gronau, Torgau, Herford and Allinge on the island Bornholm in Denmark.

Clubs
We also regularely tour jazz clubs in Europe, which has brought us to places like London, Bristol, Birmingham, Portsmouth, Norwich, Brecon, Little Witley, Bottrup, Upton-upon-Severn, Kilsby,Boston Spa, Kolding, Stockholm, Helsinki, Hamburg, Berlin, Hannover and an amazing lot of other places.

Complete reliability
We would like to stress the fact that any organizer that employs our band should feel completely secure that we will carry out all engagements with a strong sense of responsibility. We have never failed to fulfil (and more) the expectations of an organizer. We always are at the spot in good time before the performance, and if nothing else is agreed upon, we bring our own amplification

Recordings
Through the years we have made quite a few recordings. In the early 80´s we released two LP´s, three MC´s and one video. They are all sold out at present. In addition to that we have released eight CD´s. Three of them are sold out. Five remain on the market. ”DON´T PUT UP YOUR LIP”, which was released by the famous American company GHB in New Orleans. This CD can be obtained from record stores all over the world. ”PROMPT AND CIRCUMSPECT”, which was released in 2000, ”HIGHWAY TO HEAVEN”, which was released in May 2001, “COME ON AND HEAR”, which was released in 2002, "TOURING GERMANY", which was released in 2005, and "WISH ME LUCK", which was released in 2009, can be obtained at US Dollar 20 or €15, including postage, via e-mail:pider1@telia.com.
