New Members
Yesterday Naugrim was offered a place in team NaW-.
As many of our previous star members, he accepted and is therefore
no longer in team BW-. But let us not worry about that, because
the last couple of days we have gained a lot of fresh new additions
to the team.
Preparing for higher divisions of bwcl, we now have
a new 2on2 team ready for action. Earlier this year, they won
a qualification tournament to swe-b. Later on, they got invited
to swe-A. Welcome BW-Gotama and BW-DouGH!
As for 1v1, we have several new faces. Yesterday
we added
BW-Tidy, a guy from MgZ (before it turned into
excello). Apart from comming from a skilled clan, he is also a
member of Can-A.
The day before yesterday, ToT)Trek( got an invite
from us and gave yes as an answer. With all his accomplishments,
he probably needs no further description.
The third tryout is a skilled american and is, just as Tidy, comming
from MgZ. MgZ)Ing was his name, but is now known as BW-Game.

WGTCL over - BWCL starts
At
the beginning of the WGTCL season we managed to give ourselves
great confidence with three wins in a row, putting us in the top
of the division. But somehow, we suddenly started losing. At the
end we did not have that intense fight for the top-2 spots as
we would have hoped, but instead we struggled to not being moved
down to div3.
With our very important postponed games in the clanwar
against [5thF], we scored the points needed to end up in the middle
of the table with another season in 2b secured! The picture below
displays how close it was (points for clanwar against 5thF not
added).
With the ending of another WGTCL season, a new season
of BWCL starts. This time with Team BW- back in the league, after
about two years break from BWCL. First match starts this weekend:
Sunday 4th May 19:00

A Templar To BW-!
First of all, a little excuse from the newswriter
about the delay. But let's move on to the wonderful news!
Due to lack of time to practice enough to keep up
with the skill level of ToT, Sarens just recently
decided to move on. A few days later he accepted the invite given
by us and has since last thursday been wearing our tag. There
is really no need for a further introduction about his level of
play as his achievement of being a templar of twilight proves
it all. To learn a bit more about him, the interview at gosugamers
is recommended (link below).
Along with Sarens, we also have strengthen our leader
line up with Tobi, also known as Zoxxer from
gosugamers, who just left the newly formed swedish team evilz.
Together with pogdi, there should be no managing problems left
at all.
And let's not forget our newest addition, jimpo,
starting his trial today. He was probably the second best player
in his previous clan, sD, right behind sD.Siege. Being a good
friend of Naugrim, he is probably most gifted at tearing zergs
apart. A quality that can be of very good use in this infested
world.

we now welcomes BW-BiYon as a regular member!
We are also having a new trial among us. He is sort
of a controversial, being accused by his two previous swedish
clans to be a "clanhopper", but he has been very eager
to join and has been hanging around with us for some time now.

Trial Members - Status
First
of all, the trial period of BW-Cutebug has come
to an end. Due to a ban issue with WGT, he would not be allowed
to play any clanwars in our most important league. WGTour refused
to answer the plead letter we sent. We wish andrew good luck in
his future starcraft career.
BW-Gan has been busy with his studies
at the moment and has not been as active as he planned. We therefore
extend his trial period for another month.
Someone I forgot to mention for about two weeks
ago, when his trial started, is BW-BiYon. He's
comming from another swedish clan, team eVo., where he together
with Runaway (now NaW-Runa) was the teams ace players for every
clanwar.
Yesterday we got one more! With a lot of experience
in top european clans, and with a big role in the gosugamers crew,
he now came to BW- to offer his leadership skills. Welcome BW-poGDI,
our new leader tryout.

a german zerg player of their national B-squad and a friend of
BW-piD. Currently B- at ICCup, and with experience of other high
skills clans such as F2F and sMi, he will for sure be of great

WGTCL Season Ended
Lets say we have had better seasons. In the beginning
we suddenly lost Haypro, our best player. And just about the same
time Gurram left us for NaW. During a time when we already suffered
from activity problems, it struck as a heavy blow for us.
We had to recover, so we decided to not continue
playing two leagues, to only focus on WGTCL. It was not the right
moment for us to play in division 1 though. We did not manage
to win a single clanwar. But we never gave up!
Although its no fun in going down to a lower division,
it feels like this will do good for us. We will most likely start
winning clanwars again and boost our confidence. Until the next
season starts in a few weeks, we have some time to lick our wounds
and prepare for our fight back for a spot in the highest division!

The koth was forgotten for a while when Zeus decided
that it was a good idea to not show up for the match. Left on
the throne, our current champion awaited a last challenger to
destroy before he would make himself a name in the hall of fame.
With the blessings of Julyzerg, he entered his last

We also have a new player among us, starting out
as a trial member as we always do. He previously carried the iSS)
tag and was quite active at iccup hitting the B- rank. His terran

Team BW- Will Not Go Down!
Just recently two of our best members left the clan.
I was supposed to wish them good luck a lot earlier, but better
late than never.
Haypro was without a doubt the
best player in our line up when he left. He really was at the
top of his game during dreamhack where he beat MYM.Dreiven, just
before his invite to ToT). It is a bit late to wish him luck there
though, because of a sad hack mistake in a single game, costing
him his spot as a templar. We are sorry for you.
Gurram was probably our second
best player during his active periods. Our swedish rivals knew
that as well, and during our time of lacking management of the
clan, Gurram accepted team NaW's invite. Hope their nice team
uniform suits you well.
But as the newspost is titled, this does not mean
the clan is dying. We have been through difficult times before.
To make things easier, a few members has been given different
tasks to help our flawed administration:
BW-Eamyo - Tryout management
BW-Naugrim - WGTCL captain
We will no longer play in the iccup league because
of the bad time for clanwars, and will therefore concetrate only
at WGTCL at the moment.

We Have A Winner!
Haypro and Dreiven had just met in the last match
of the winner bracket. Making a huge comeback from a 0-2 start,
Dreiven won 3 games in a row and secured his place in the finals.
Down in the lossers bracket, NaW-Datoby awaited
Haypro's arrival. But today was not the day of revange for Datoby
as he once again became a victim to the swarm of Haypro.
So they met once again. Haypro vs Dreiven, sweden
vs poland. This time at the main stage with around 700 spectators,
according to gosugamers. This was the GRAND FINALS!

As always, the competition
at dreamhack is hard. The usual czech players travels to sweden
to compete, MYM sends the polish wcg champion and NaW- sends a
big squad of players, including their specially borrowed MgZ-player,
Merz.
Fighting in the name of Team BW-, we have BW-AiELLO,
BW-Haypro and BW-TuFFeR.
TuFFeR had a little chat with GosuGamers before
the tournament, talking about his and others chances of winning
the tournament. His guess for the top-3 was Haypro, Dreiven and
Datoby. And he seems to be quite accurate in his picks.
After hours of playing in the tournament, it seems
that Haypro lives up to his name as a favourite when beating up
another swedish favourite, NaW-Datoby, while playing on stage
in front of a lot of spectators. For Haypro, a wb-final against
MYM.Dreiven awaits. As for the lossers bracket, TuFFeR still fights
on after just recently having revange against Qpad.Merz, who just
hit AiELLO out of the tournament.

 Haypro
knew what to do this week. Score 5 points was his only option!
And what a bracket he bashed his way through! After beating MYM.Ghost
and xLo.Strelok, he was up against 3D.TemujiN in the finals, who
knocked out ToT)Mondragon( earlier in the tournament. Finals ended
3-1 in the favour of Haypro.
So here we are, in the top-3, currently holding
a ticket to the playoffs in our hand. But if either xLo or MYM
manage to reach the 20th round finals, they have a chance of taking
our spot. Let's hope for us to win that last tournament too, just
to be sure!

Qcup - Two Rounds Left*
Last
weeks, we have failed to gather any more points, but we still
hang on the top clans. With only 2 more points we would be back
in the top-3.
A big edit in this newspost had to be done as there
was not only one, but two, rounds left of Qcup before the playoffs.
The top-5 had also changed a bit since last wednesday, where scores
for the 18th round was not added until later today.
But we still remain at the 5th place, only 2 points
away from the top-3 and a chance for playoffs (tiebreakers will
be needed if score equalls at 2nd/3rd place). If we could gather
enough points to qualifiy for the playoffs, we will win at least
100€, but also fight for 700€!

we at least have a map we are very used to, but the opponents
are tough. And so will every clanwar be for this season as none
of those teams can be looked at as a pushover.

WGTCL: Back Into Division 1!
With
the great start we had last season in WGTCL, it ended up in such
a sad story when the summer made our best line up suffer from
inactivity. The results in the last clanwars of the season made
us fall to the 3rd page, only about 2 points away from advancing.
After several years of gaming as a top clan in europe,
team CDS splits up and leaves the scene. Very sad to hear about
such a mannered and well organised team. But for us, they left
an empty spot in division 1. We just had one obstacle in our way:
The 3rd placed clan of division 2A, Latin Gamers.

There
has been lack of news updates about qcup for a few weeks. But
yesterday, the computer needed for most of the website updates
went back online. And this just in time for an incredible 1st
place in the 12th round of qcup by BW-Haypro! He didn't
even let a game away in the bo5 finals.
Last week BW-TuFFeR won twice, but lost to LRM)
before scoring any points.
The week before BW-Haypro bashed MYM.White-rA, but didn't make
it any further.

the second place with MYM (LRM dropped to 4th place because of
a hacking incident). Octzerg lasted all the way to the finals

Back On Track...
It
didn't take long for us to fill the empty manager spot MeYer left
behind. Almost immediately we got in touch with Nt.Noctum who,
except for Nt, also had been in iG and FT.aCt) to handle clanwars.
He is also part of the ICcup crew. His administration experiences
will serve us well.
As for our line up of active players, the inactivity
problems should be solved for now. From Germany's national b-team,
BW-piD. arrives to assist us with his forces of aiur. With Bisu[Shield]
as his idol, nothing can possibly go wrong.
Our most recent recruit comes from the ashes of
(TP), a swedish team that did not survive the summer heat. He
was their ace player and without him the clan would have been
dead even earlier. Currently being one of sweden's best zerg players,
he is also probably the most improving.

Alright, summer is over! Get back to playing starcraft,

Another 2b season...
First of all, it has really been a shame to not being able to
show up a full line up at clanwars lately. But this happening
to us in the end of an almost perfect season makes it really sad.
Divison 1 was just around the corner.
Minus two members
BW-Meyer left us to recreate his old clan. Therefor, we are left
without an active leader as BW-Hades is still stuck in his MMORPG.
Anyone interested in taking his place in managing clanwars, handle
tryouts etc... please contact BW-Muffe or BW-Hades.
BW-Dewa had to quit playing starcraft due to his studies starting
this fall. His solid play will be missed in future clanwars. BW-Dewa
has earned his place in the "honorary members" list.

As
the responsible for the Qcup news (BW-Muffe) has been away from
time to time, we have not wrote about the weekly results here.
The following weeks have not been as successful as when the league
begun, but it's impossible to predict the outcome of a bo1 SE
tournament. Last wednesday BW-Haypro scored a point for
us again though! MYM.White-Ra stood in his way for a chance of
winning the tournament.
We are now left out of the top-3, but not far away.

Igår hamnade jag BW-HadeS i tjaffs med Viktor
Larrson aka: SvenneBurner svenneburner@hotmail.com
vilket har hänt rätt ofta under en längre tid.
Som många säkert redan vet och känner till har
han uppfattats som "mytoman" vilket
jag fått bekräftat nu. Han sitter och hittar på
det ena efter det andra så man inte ens orkar ta människan
på allvar längre. Han sitter och skryter om att han
har över 60k/månad osv.. osv... att det e löjligt!
EN gång HACKER alltid HACKER!

SvenneBurner är den enda personen
jag någonsin gett ut mitt riktiga password till och det
PGA han skulle hjälpa mig med att få tillbaks mitt
password till B-net då jag själv råkade av misstag
skriva fel password flera gånger, självklart har jag
alltid litat på han men efter hans "rövar historier"
om korea resan och om att han träffat "TossGirl etc..."
har nog de flesta fått en annan bild av personen.
Igår slutade det med att han först blockade
mig på msn pga han vart sur på mig och idag då
jag skulle logga in på BW- boten och med mitt BW-HadeS konto
stod det "invaild password". Då förstod jag
genast utan tvekan att SvenneBurner låg bakom det!
Jag har lyckats få tillbaka mitt BW-HadeS konto genom att
köra "Recovery password" då min e-mail stämmer
överens med mitt BW-HadeS konto. Dessvärre (tror jag
inte) att min bot acc "BW-" är reggat hos blizzard
vilket gör det svårare för mig att få tillbaks
kontot. Därför har jag skapat ett nytt tillfälligt
account -> BW. <-- med punk på slutet
alltså blir vår nya channel: OP BW.
LITA INTE PÅ VAD SVENNEBURNER SÄGER!
Han har ljugit förr och det flera gånger och till och
med när han blev överbevisad gång på gång
att hans dåliga argument tog slut till slut vilket gjorde
att han fick erkänna att han ljugt för oss. SvenneBurner
ligger alltså bakom stölden på vår BOT!
Han har förmodligen försökt att hacka min e-mail
med m.m men där har jag andra passwords. Jag rekommenderar
att ni byter passwords m.m om ni gett ut något till den
FJANTEN! Well, ska vi uppfatta han som en kompis? NEJ
säger jag, personen har gått FÖR LÅNGT för
att t.o.m ens jag ska kunna förlåta han!

ICCup releasing Anti-Hack
Their previous attempt several days ago did not
work very well as the launcher contained a bunch of critical bugs.
But now it's once again time to release the plugin for starcraft
that will keep the hackers away from us at Iccup!
Simply download the launcher and put it anywhere
you want and then run Starcraft through the launcher.
The launcher is not flawless though. Your antivirus
program may stop you from running the file, so you may have to
configure it. Some people also has had problems to join/create
games with the new launcher. But hopefully it will work for everyone
soon.

BW-siC fortsätter "jag som precis sett vår fina
film......" samtidigt som BW-DowN medger att hans irl kompis
hackat.
Nu har BW-siC fått det om bakfoten igen, "allstars
som hacka?" Nej nej siC, BW-AllstarS kontot vart stulet/hackat,
de va inte AllstarS som hackade! (Gurrams förra nick: BW-AllstarS)
Tjaaao, vart får siC alla sina ideér ifrån?!?!?

Nu har man kommit till etapp 2, man börjar spekulera och
misstänka folk ur klanen..."vem kan det vara?"
BW-TuFFeR driver med BW-DowN och stackars oskyldiga DowNie lovar
att det inte är han som hackat.
TuFFeR spelar med och det väldigt bra...
Last.ZeKk fd BW-Poets misstänker att BW-puM hackat eftersom
han är lite "bm" :-) Meyer kommer in i kanalen
från ingenstans och köper skämtet direkt!

Comment: Jobbigt CW med mycket intriger
under nästan hela clanwarets gång dock dök väldigt
många members upp till cw:et vilket är mycket positivt.
Men mycket BM av motståndar teamet att inte låta oss
obba vissa games efter att de losat deras 1on1s....BW-HayprO fick
vänta i ca 30min innan hans motståndare dök upp
framför tagentbordet och deras första match kunde börja....
Någon av deras spelare anklagade även
BW-puM för hack och att "observers va bm" att vi
observers skulle ha hjälpt vår spelare i gamet, vilket
bara är en ren lögn! De som obbade var bara jag och
NaW-Soda, jag var mestadels afk under gamet. Det uppstod även
tumult i 2on2 då motståndar laget ville ha win efter
att BW-Fox leftat 2on2:n 2.5min efter gamet startat PGA lagg.
Nu är beslutet upp till WGT admins om vi ska få spela
RE eller ej?!? Detta är ett team vi aldrig kommer ha friendly
Clanwars mot och som vi helst undviker i fortsättningen.

Qpad League - Round 2
After
a good performance by Haypro in the first week of Qcup, it was
now Gurram's turn to fight. And he did not feel like doing any
worse. Instead he went through the whole tournament undefeated,
making him our hero of the day! Not even NaW's golden boy Datoby
could stop his rampage!
With haypro's 1 point + Gurrams newly achieved 5
points, Team BW- have now climbed to the top of the ranking:

With
all clan leagues going on, and the summer still keeping our members
from being active enough, it becomes really hard to keep the clan
on top. But now two players has come for our rescue.
Everyone probably knows about Andy, who entered
BW- as a trial some time ago. He eventually did not make it though,
but not due lack of skills, but because of the heavy time zone
differences that made it hard for him to show up at clanwars.
Now he's back though, and hopefully his stay will be longer this
time.
Our second trial is more known in the community,
so his skills is well known about. Except for being in clans such
as iG and uT, he achieved the golden A+ ranking back in the days
of PGT. It's the best player of his country we're talking about
here. Octoberzerg of Macedonia!

Let our visit in the 2nd division be a short one. Division

Comment: Ett friendly clanwar spelades
igår kväll och det gick riktigt trögt för
båda teamsen att skrapa fram sina spelare. Och det mycket
PGA GGSL touren som var under samma tid. Spelare både ur
vårt team och Od.s team satt upptagna i games vilket gjorde
att clanwaret försenades, men vi fick ändå ihop
3 spelare till slut som kammade hem segern smidigt och enkelt,
3-0! Ytterligare 1st 1on1 ska spelas inom kort har det sagts,
men 2on2 kommer vi dock att hoppa över har båda teamsen
kommit överens om.

Comment: Ytterligare ett WGTCL CW har
spelats och det i söndags. Det hela startade lite dåligt
med tanke på att det inte fanns så många spelare
online. Meyer som skulle ha hand om CW:et var ute och spelade
fotboll och glömde totalt bort CW:et, vi får hoppas
att de va en, engångs förtelse. Lyckligt slutade det
iallafall för oss, med hela 4-1 sänkte vi deras franska
försvarslösa försvar.
Just nu är det väldigt många teams
som bråkar om top 1-2 platserna och vi ligger inte 1:a längre
i vår division om man räknar alla poäng, därför
är det väldigt viktigt att våra PRO spelare dyker
upp på vartenda WGTCL CW så vi kan sno åt oss
så många poäng som möjligt för att
säkerhets ställa en plats åt oss i Division 1
igen.

their lead, they defeated their challengers, sL, 4-1. TuFFeR
and Haypro came up big, both winning their 1v1 match
and their 2v2 together. Adding to the win was Fox.
Adel picked up a point for sL who are now in last place and in
a dangerous situation.

ICCup Clanleague Begins!
There
is a lot of stuff going on right now. Just a few weeks ago, WGTCL
started as usual. Yesterday Qcup, a league with a great amount
of price money, launched its first season. And this weekend, this
Saturday to be more specific, ICcup's first clanleague season
will begin.
We are very used to the system of the clanwars as
ICcup will work exactly like WGTCL, which means 4x1v1, 1x2v2,
1 point/win, +1 point for a clanwar victory. A thing that Iccup
has in common with Qpad League is the price money. The teams of
division 1 fights for 1000 euros (or US dollars? A lot of money
anyway). Team BW- happens to be one of the invited teams to division
2, so we're just one season away from the best of top clans.
So to all you who for some reason have not take notice of our
ICCup reminders in the forum:

set us up for a great start of this new clanleague. Beating up
the representatives of CHILE, xLo and DkH, he managed to get to
the semifinals. Sadly, he lost to LRM)Lamer in a not so fashionable
8 rax bunker rush. As the tournament was played in bo1, anything
could happen.

Qpad League Starts Today!
Today
(Wednesday) 18:00 CET, another clanleague begins.
As one of the 32 participating teams, we're fighting for a price
pool of 1000 euros (If I remember it correctly).
The clanwars won't be played in the usual ways of
WGTCL. Instead we will every week choose a player to represent
us in a 32 player single elimination tournament. Each win in the
tournament gives team BW- an amount of points.
Tournament details Type:

Finals: Best of 5 games

Clanwar mellan BW- och top teamet xLo.
av BW-HayprO & xLo.Bartar. xLo.Bartar utmanade vårt
team på ett f-ladder CW med formatet 4x1on1 & 1x2on2,
värt att nämna är att xLo. ligger rankade #1 på
WGT klan laddern och #2 i GG.net ranken. Vi räknade med ett
mycket tufft motstånd därför sattes våra
absolut bästa spelare in i lineupen. En glömsk BW-Gurram
glömde "som vanligt" bort tiden och en inaktiv
BW-AiELLO fick sättas in.
Så vi körde på stenhårt och besegrade xLo.
med hela 3-2, vilket är helt underbart! En halv inaktiv klockren
BW-puM gjorde det igen, kommer in och äger allt i sin väg.
Tack vare denna vinst har vi åkt upp från placeringen
#42 till #11 på WGT klan laddern. GJ all!

BW-TOUR, Drakens Klo: 8 Juli
 Återigen
har en turnering i Brood war gått av stapeln. Trots ett
lågt deltagarantal inledningsvis så anmälde sig
många deltagare i sista stund och slutligen stod 12 personer
vid startlinjen och väntade.
Dessvärre användes inga brackets på nätet
då deltagarantalet var lågt långt in i det sista,
vilket gjorde att det fick bli papper och penna hemma hos BW-Ledrash.
Trots stenålders upplägget av turneringen gick den
relativt smärtfritt (trots att två spelare delade dator)
om än något långdragen. BW-Muffe hade sovit en
timme natten innan men trots det kämpade han sig långt
i touren innan han slutligen somnade under en schemalagd paus
(och vaknade inte i tid och var tvungen att lämna W.O).
Vinnare av Touren blev slutligen BW-Gurram!

Ett sista ord: Glöm inte att alla som är anmälda
som medlemmar i Drakens Klo kommer att få vara med i nästa
tour också (november/december 07) och kommer således

mentioned in the previous newspost, WGTCL is starting again this
sunday. Just as last season, we are placed in division 2B, which
means that the the clanwars is being played 17:00, just like before.

Summer = Inactivity
 Believe
it or not. A lot of people actually prefer not to sit at home
in front of the computer during the warmest months of the year.
Well, it's not like a surprise to anyone, and it
was surely expected, just as every summer. Some is away for vacatation
while others may just lay outside relaxing in the sun. Either
way, it means less starcraft hours / week. With that in mind,
we do not care as much about the administration at the moment
either. Things such as friendly clanwars and koth will probably
not be played in several weeks.
But that is never to be worried about. As soon as
the tree's starts to release their leaves and the season turns
into fall, everything will be just as fine as always.
But still, remember this:
WGTCL starts Sunday 1st July (more news soon)
and soon also the Qcup.

Hail To The King!
 With
the defeat of Gurram's third challenger, Team BW- koth season
four has now come to an end.
Starting out with going 3-0 twice against his first
opponents, Gurram almost made it look too easy. It was not until
his last opponent, that stood between him and the throne, that
he almost had to step aside. Losing the first game in the series,
he looked a bit shaken. But in the end, he could walk away satisfied
with his 3-2 victory.
