| The Republic of the Philippines is located in Southeast Asia and is made up of 7107 islands.
There are three main grouping of islands , the Luzon group in the north where the capital Manila is located , the Visayan group in the center of the
archipelago where the second town Cebu is located , and to the south Mindanao with the city Davao. The Philippines consist of 72 provinces.
In the east lies Philippine Sea and in the west lies South China Sea.
