"knäck" ~ Christmas Candy  You will need:
- 2 dl cream
- 2 dl sugar
- 2-4 tablespoons butter
- ( 2 teaspoons vanilla
sugar)
Melt
sugar in a pan with thick bottom.
Heat the cream and pour it in the pan with the sugar.
When the mixture has thickened, mix in the butter and let
it heat up.
Pour the mixture in waxed paper cones, and let them cool
in the refrigerator.
If you want, you can stick toothpicks in the cones right
before the mixture has harden.
