Cats

Cats is a wonderful musical, I saw it with my Dad in July 1993 ... on Broadway in New York!!! That was, of course, an absolutely astonishing experience!! Unfortunately, I was a bit young, so I couldn't really hear, or understand, the lyrics properly. Therefore I had some problems understanding the storyline, even though just being there was fantastic!! Some years later, I got the video-recording of Cats, and I loved it even more when I understood the songs better!

It's nice to see such a deep and meaningful musical still filled with a lot of dancing, which I think is rather rare! Both the choreography and the costumes in the show are absolutely fantastic!!

I'd like to read the book my T.S. Elliot, on which the musical is loosely based! As I love cats, it's wonderful to see the cats as all these different characters with different personalities - it would be great to see what the book is like!
