More on Zorro

I've had Zorro as my own cat since 9 June 2001, and we are very happy together (wow, that sounded like we're an old married couple about to celebrate our 25th anniversary or something! )!! For the last few years, when I haven't been feeling very well, he has been a wonderful support for me, and the best friend anybody could ask for!!

Zorro is very lively and likes to "exercise", even though he's starting to slow down a little now. In my first two appartments, his favourite place was on top of my bookshelves!! He likes other people a lot and is always happy when someone comes to visit, even though I do think he's got a special love for me - just like I have a special love for him!!

I do have a closed in balcony, so I can let Zorro get some fresh air there. We put up a net, and when he's in a good mood, he really enjoys climbing in it! During the summer, I take Zorro with me to the summerhouse. I can't let him run loose, but he still enjoys being outdoors, and I usually have him on a really long rope, so he can move around freely.

Zorro doesn't really like other animals, despite being so "people-friendly", and he definately doesn't like other cats much! I think it's a pity, but he practically goes crazy if he sees another cat, and there's not much I can do about it!

Important Days In Zorro's Life
5 July 1997 - The day he was born, along with one brother and one sister.
13 September 1997 - The day he was old enough to leave his Mum, and he and his brother moved in with my mother.
9 June 2000 - Zorro left his brother and moved in with me!
12 June 2001 - Zorro moved with me to Teckomatorp
12 October 2001 - Zorro made his first - and most likely his only - train trip.
