Fly-fishing in Lapland Sweden

I am a fly-fisher from the north of Sweden that have been fishing almost all of my life. My first experience as a fisherman was in the lake Mälaren outside the town Västerås. The fish I caught was not big but I was only seven years old then. Now many years later are the fish bigger and I have become a experienced fly-fisher. I think that fly-fishing is more of a sport than for example spin fishing.

A fly-fisher that travels to Norrbotten and Lapland Sweden have a lot of streams and lakes with a very good fishing. It is an arctic climate in Norrbotten and the season is fairly short, it starts in June and ends in September. The fish that are of interest for me as a fly-fisher is trout, sea trout, arctic char, grayling, salmon and in the recent years big pike.
