CSICOP The Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal: Den internationella huvudorganisationen för "kritisk och vetenskaplig granskning" av paranormala fenomen, däribland astrologi. Om du gör dig besväret att studera deras bedrifter, finner du att de inte är så noga med "vetenskaplig granskning". Det viktigaste för dem är att alltid förneka existensen av paranormala fenomen och bedriva häxjakt på det mesta som hör till New Age, t.ex. astrologi, alternativ medicin och UFO.
The Committee for the Scientific Investigation of Claims of the Paranormal: The main international organization for "critical and scientific investigation" of paranormal phenomena, among others astrology. If you make yourself the trouble to study their sayings and doings, you will find out that they are not especially conscientious about the "scientific investigating". What seems to be most important to them is to always deny the existence of paranormal phenomena and perform a kind of witch hunt on everthing belonging to New Age, e.g. astrology, alternative medicine, and UFO.

Vetenskap och Folkbildning: Den svenska systerförening till CSICOP (se ovan). VoF:s avsikt är enligt stadgarna att "...bekämpa de felaktiga föreställningar som förekommer i frågor som kan avgöras vetenskapligt". Käre astrologikollega, vi står på deras lista över vad som ska bekämpas. Gissa vem de anser har rätten att avgöra vad som är felaktiga föreställningar och vilka frågor som kan avgöras vetenskapligt!
The Swedish sister association of CSICOP (se above). The bylaws says their aim is to "...combat the erroneous conceptions that exists in matters that can be settled scientificaly" (translated from Swedish). Dear fellow astrologer, we are on their list over what shall be combated. Guess to whom they assigns the right to decide what is erroneous conceptions and which are the matters that can be settled scientifically!
