                                                               fransk senap

                                                               en burk ananas

                                                                Lägg kasslerskivorna i  en ugnsäker form

                                                                Häll på ananasen. Blanda majonnäs, senap och grädden

                                                                och häll över kasslern

                                                                Ställ i ugn 225 * ca 30 minuter

                                                                Stek potatis eller ris till.

                                                           Äppelströmming med potatismos!   (4 pers)

                                                                  

                                          600g rensade strömmingfileér
                                          1 dl rågmjöl
                                          1 tsk salt
                                          2 msk smör
                                          1 dl purjolök
                                          Blanda mjöl och salt. Strö ut på smörpapper.
                                          Lägg hälften av fileérna på pappret med sidan neråt
                                          Blanda samman purjo och äpplen.
                                          Fördela fyllningen över fileérna.
                                          Lägg den andra hälften ovanpå.
                                          Tryck till och vänd dom i mjölet.
                                          Stek strömmingarna gyllenbruna.

                                              360g kassler
                                              1 purjolök
                                              1 röd paprika
                                              1 banan
                                              4 ananasringar
                                              1 dl mandarinklyftor
                                              1 dl mjölk
                                              2 dl creme fracie
                                              1 msk curry
                                              1 dl riven ost
                                              Skiva eller skär kasslern i små bitar.
                                              Skär paprikan och ananasen i små bitar.
                                              Skiva purjolök och banan. Varva i form.
                                              Fördela mandarinklyftorna överalltsammans.
                                              Blanda mjölk, creme fraice och curry
                                              och häll över.
                                              Strö över ost.
                                              Gratinera i 200* i ugn ca 20-25 minuter.

                                                    Köttgryta med apelsinsmak!
 
                                                   500 g färsk skinka eller picnicbog
                                                   1 msk soja
                                                   1 gul lök
                                                   1 röd paprika
                                                   1 dl outspädd apelsinjuice
                                                   2 dl buljong
                                                   2 msk vinäger
                                                   1 tsk salt
                                                   1 krm svartpeppar
                                                   ½ tsk kardemumma
                                                   1 msk pot.mjöl
                                                   1-2 apelsinklyftor
                                                   Strimmla köttet och blanda det med sojan.
                                                   Strimmla den urkänade paprikan
                                                   och skiva löken.
                                                   Koka upp jouice, buljong,
                                                   vinäger, salt och kryddor. 
                                                   Lägg i löken och låt koka ngn minut.
                                                   Lägg i kött och paprika.
                                                   Sjud grytan under lock ca 10 minuter.
                                                   Blanda potatismjöl med lite vatten
                                                   och red av grytan.
                                                   Låt grytan få ett uppkok.
                                                   Blanda ner apelsinklyftorna
                                                   och bjud grytan med
                                                   kokt  ris  och sallad!

                                                     Fiskgryta  (4 pers)
 
                                                     2 pkt tinad torsk
                                                     2 pkt cremfracie
                                                     2 msk chilesås eller tomatpure
                                                     2 st buljongtärningar
                                                     dill, saft av en citron
                                                     Lägg den tinade torsken i en smord form
                                                     Blanda creme fracie, tomatpure,
                                                     dill och citronsaft.
                                                     Smula ner buljongtärningarna.
                                                     Bred såsen över fisken,
                                                     sedan in i ugnen ca 25 minuter i 200*
                                                     Servera ris eller som ensam rätt

                                                      1 bit lax
                                                      1 bit torsk
                                                      1 gul paprika
                                                      1 röd paprika
                                                      ½ purjolök
                                                      1 gul lök
                                                      1 vitlöksklyfta
                                                      matlagningsgrädde
                                                      cremfraice
                                                      svartpeppar, salt, paprikapulver
                                                      och gräslök.
                                                      Skär upp fisken i ca 2 cm stora bitar.
                                                      Skär grönsakerna i lagom bitar.
                                                      Bryn grönsakerna tills dom blir mjuka
                                                      och får färg.
                                                      Krydda och häll på matlagningsgrädde
                                                      och creme fraice.
                                                      Låt puttra.
                                                      Lägg i fisken
                                                      och låt det puttra
                                                      i ca 5-6 minuter.
                                                      smaka av.

                                                        Fyllig Potatissoppa!  (4 pers)
 
                                                        2 purjolökar
                                                        2 selleirstjälkar
                                                        1 msk olja
                                                        1 gul lök
                                                        4 skalade potatisar
                                                        3/4 li buljong
                                                        1 dl grädde
                                                        salt och peppar
                                                        skär purjolöken, selleri och
                                                        löken i grova bitar och fräs i oljan.
                                                        Tillsätt potatisen efter 5 minuter.
                                                        Häll på buljongen och koka en kvart
                                                        under lock.   
                                                        Purera grönsakerna och tillsätt grädden.
                                                        Värm soppan och salta och peppra!

                                                  Ingredienser!
                                   
                                                  8 kg fast potatis.
                                                  4 stora gula lökar.
                                                  3 stora purjolökar.
                                                  3-4 dl kapris.
                                                  3/4 dl vatten + 2 grönsakstärningar.
 
                                                   Dressing:
                                                   1½-2 dl fransk senap eller bornier.
                                                   2½ dl vitvinsvinäger.
                                                   3 msk salt.
                                                   1 tsk svartpeppar
                                                   1 liter majs-eller solrosolja.
 
                                                   Gör så här:
                                                   Tvätta potatisen och kika med skalen på.
                                                   Hacka löken, och  finskiva purjon och ha en gryta med
                                                   het buljong till hands.
                                                   Sila av potatisen, låt den svalna till ljumen och skär till
                                                   tärningar.
                                                   Varva den ljumma potatisen i stora skålar med lök och
                                                   kapris, och häll öven den varma buljongen.
                                                   Vispa ihop senap, vinäger och kryddor till dressing.
                                                   Tillsätt oljan droppvis under vispningen och smaka av.
                                                   Häll dressingen över potatisen.
                                                   Salladen håller  sig i flera dagar, men kan inte frysas!
