Designed with the original Ferrari geometry, Aluminum uprights Volvo and Camaro components


Front end

Front uppright, casted in Aluminium

Paralell arms made in welded hi-tensil steel, attached to the chassis by urethan rubber bushings

The ball yoints are from Camaro and Volvo

Note that the ride height can be altered by the two positions in the chassis  attachments. Originally it was intended to be adjustable from the drivers position, but they had technical problems, so it became this garage solution, about 1 " difference by street or racing
Hub unit from Volvo with drive pinns and center nut

First I made a CAD model in order to check eventually interferance, from that I made a set of drawings
Most of the parts could then be cut out by water jet

 

 

Rear end

Machined rear upprights with roller bearings and drive shaft. They are matching 108mm

I had to lay out the spline jobb,
The drive shafts are hardened

CV driveshafts from Porche or Ford Granada
Brakes in place...atleast in theory
Laser cut high tensil steel, 14mm link heads, forms a lightweight hi-tecj looking design.
