The Chassis                Home

One of the reasons I could undertake this project was the Ferrari book I found with a centerfold chassis drawing, from that I could make my own 3D CAD model.
I also had to do a lot of investigation in order to get hold on the wheel suspension geometry.
 

The chassis model based on the original drawing. There are som sticks still missning This chassis will also be approved for circle track racing

The front sub frame made of hi tensile sheet metal, acording to the original spec.

Are the wheels coming into the center of the wheelhouse?

The UZ 1FE engine beeing fitted in to the chassis, together with the 016 gearbox

The entire rear suspension is designed and manufactured by me, using the original geometry
