Design from Bröderna Jacobsons yacht yard in Dragsmark,

I built this beautiful sail yacht 1988, a 37 foot sloop with a classic stern and long keel, the yacht has number 72 (one of the final  37 footers from the yard)
It is very well maintained, in a high class condition.
Equipment such as sails, furlex, navigation electronics and interior varnish are brand new.
The interior is slightly enhanced with a navigation place where you can sit, and hatches are all equipped with jalousie.
The interior is made of massive teak

Exterior


The long keeled hull, very stable in off shore sailing The beautiful stern, The hull is in good condition and is very well maintained.
 
Cockpit with , 4 Levmar whinches, Navman chart plotter, Autohelm autopilot etc.
 
 
Tree aft hatches for ropes and anchoring gears,  genuine teak square rib deck
Rear end
Right hand winded 16"x14 propeller and sturdy rudder, hinged in a 50mm stainless steel shaft
Anchor winch and a 25kg CQR, 25m of chain, 100m of 22mm rope  A genoa/spinnaker boom and parallel to that a deck attached safety wire.

 
New -06 maintained 30mm propeller shaft, bearing and sealing.    Mast and boom with 3 winches, note the safety rail around the mast,

The spray hood which is surrounded with a steel hand rail, to grab and protect from the boom.
   

Interior

Beginning in the front cabin, Place for 2 People sleeping
Lavatory section with a Jabsco large toilet bowl from -04, above the toilet there is a 40 l holding tank, which is gravity empty system, by a 2,5 in hose and valve.
Eight drawers with plenty of room for clothing's etc.
There is also a shower possibility with a drain pump below the floor.
The mid section with dinner table, and place for 3 people sleeping, very bright and good visibility out, due to the 6 windows and one deck hatch Cooking and navigation sektion, with engine compartment
Navigation place, changed from original, where you can sit down, there is the VHF with DSC-D and built in Navtex, a 220V power outlet and the electrical panel with a voltage and current guarding system.
The gallery with hot and cold fresh water from a new tap. 60l hot water tank and 200l fresh water. The stove is a classic Blake stove made of brass, stainless and cast iron. it is heated buy a mix of kerosene and gas (oven and one kettle is gas fired). Two food boxes, one is cooled by a Isotherm cooling compressor from -04. The work surfaces is cowered with Perstorp laminate
Rear cabin, place for 2 berths and stowage of equipment, access to the rudder lines and rear end of engine.

Engine with sea water intake, very easy acess to everything that needs maintenence. filter, Kitchen seacock, pressure pump, pressure tank, fresh water filter,
sea water foot pump.  To the right, the fresh water tank 200l and the water level indicator.

Engine with gearbox and proppeller shaft. The red heater selector valves. This is the scatra joint (not rusty, just covered with dinitrol rust protection) The propeller shaft is attached to a bulkhead which relieves the engine mounts from the propeller pushing force, which makes it possible to mount the engine in softer and more silent rubber cushions.
