My starting-point of view has been motivs and tempers that I have strong feelings for and which for me are loaded and inspiring.

Figurative ceramics has long suffered from low esteem, and for many, a brown-glazed owl is just the worst thing there is. There are countless unwritten laws and rules in this field, that preclude ideas and motifs before they have even taken shape in the mind

I apprehend my work as an aspiration for unimpededly work with what I consider is of importance.
