I'm trying out new ways to work, new collaborations and a new computer. Time will tell what will become of compute, and when it does, I will tell you.

Compute is planning on doing a split-single release someday soon, more on that when the plan is complete. Also, the gig at Join our club 29/12 might be the last one with the live-setting of today, due to members moving apart. Might this even be the last compute-gig ever? We'll see.

A release-date has been set on the cake-on-cake remix album. The album where compute has contributed with a remix of "You make my heart say yes" is called "No holiday place", and will be released digitally September 18:th. It can be bought at i-Tunes and other digital stores.

We're back from a great time in the uk, thanks to everyone involved and all of you who showed up at the gigs! I've decided to remove the guestbook from this site, I figure the one on myspace is enough. And if you feel the need for another one, I've also got one on trig.com that you're welcome to use.

The Gothenburg compilation mentioned earlier is now available to download for free using this link. As it so happends, compute is appearing two times, first with the brand new song "All walk by", and later on providing the vocals on "Sad Dancer" by Daniel Mars and Co-ed. Compute has made a cover on "Cravings" by Liechtenstein to celebrate our trip to the Uk in August. Now we're just waiting for Liechtenstein to finish their cover of "Reminds me of you", and then the party can start. Oh, and the song can be found at their myspace site.

Compute has made a remix of "you make my heart say yes" by Cake on cake. Sometime during the summer it will be released along with other remixes on an album called "No Holiday Place". More info on that as soon as there's any more info to be found..

I'm off to Germany to appear on MTV with Jens Lekman. Later this summer I'll be joining him at the Primavera festival in Spain and on tour in USA, no compute-songs but I will be bringing the new ep for those of you over there longing to buy it.

Now it's decided! A new ep will be released early next year by the brand new label [phonetique]! Keep your eyes open for the release-date! Since that will be taking up most of my time, compute might look a bit lazy on the look-page, but hopefully we'll soon meet again on a venue near you.

I know, the site seems strangely calm, almost dead. But like many animals that are able to play dead to avoid becoming food, not all is how it seems. Big news are ahead. Yes they are.

And, for those of you who are using firefox, I've heard reports of the site looking strange. That will be taken care of by someone who actually knows what they're doing in a near future.
