Hello ! My name is Wolfgang von Malottke and one of my biggest interests has been dressing Classic Salmon flies. I have practiced this delicate and old-fashioned hand-craft since 1989. When I first started dressing The Classics, I used a vice, with very poor results, so I decided to start working without one. This works better for me. I don't know why, but I feel freer when I can turn the fly around with no vice in my way. There is also no thread holder or bobbin to work around. I always strive for perfection. However, in this art, one is never satisfied with his results.

News The basic idea with this site is to show as many patterns as possible which I can dress. New ones from time to time will be presented. . The feather site is on its way, and will handle problems for those who are having a hard time finding genuine feathers and using substitute instead.
