Problem: Getting error "Could not open C:\Program"

Possible solution by Bertil Isberg:
This error occurs together with:
An error was triggered in the 'open' method of an object of TCursor type.
and
Cannot access directory.
Paradox 9 experts folders don't contain the Paradox.lck and pdoxusrs.lck files that exist in Paradox 10 and Paradox 11. Add those files to Paradox 9 Experts folders.
