435 Corrupt Memo/BLOB file.

Problem: Getting error "Corrupt Memo/BLOB file."

when scrolling an running report on screen.

Possible cause:
Report contains a memo field from a table.

Solution:
1) Run Table Repair.
2) Check Breakable property for the report band
3) If memo field is inside a text object, change the text object's property Design Sizing to Fit Text.
4) Increase the space for the record band.
5) If memo field is inside a text object together with other text, move it out of the text object
