SUBJECT: Paradox 10 cannot open from Start Menu

If Paradox 10 cannot be opened from Start Menu but opens if you double-click a Paradox table in Explorer, try this
- Restart in Safe-mode
- Uncheck the Paradox Welcome window: 'Show this welcome screen at start-up'.
- Restart in normal mode.

Launch Paradox with a -c for a clean desktop, and change the setting for Welcome screen under Tools | Settings | Preferences, the Experts
tab.
Set a registry setting as shown
