JH Wave multiplier

This module contains
two different waveshaper circuits that are inspired by the famous
Serge wave multiplier. The circuits were developed by Jürgen
Haible. You can read all about the circuits on his
homepage.
To both circuits I have added VCAs at
the inputs. It is important to be able to control the amplitude of
the input signal dynamically, as the amplitude affects the waveform
totally.
On circuit A, which is
based on JH
Shaper A, I have also added a VCA to introduce feedback in the
circuit. Feedback mainly causes the sound to get brighter.
Circuit
B, which is based on JH
Shaper B, has a VCA to replace the potentiometer in JHs circuit.
This is the "Shape" parameter on my module.
A three way
toggle switch enables me to quickly switch between series and
parallel coupling of the two circuits. They can of course be used
separately too.
The soundeffects obtainable from this module can
be dramatic, especially if both sections are connected in series. It
can also sound surprisingly similar to a resonant VCF.

Oakley Wavefolder

This module is based
on a circuit board from Oakley
Sound Systems. You can read all about the circuit on their
homepage.
I
just added some circuitry to make modulation controls bipolar. I also
added my signal indicator circuit.
The sound from this module is
considerably more subtle that from the Wave multiplier. The
Wavefolder is maybe most useful for processong control voltages.
The large green circuit board is the Wavefolder board from Oakley.
