- final cleaning  

- electricity and heating  

- internet 

Pets are in consultation accepted.

We recommend a cancellation insurance.
For cancellation until 30 days before arrival date the cancellation costs 30%
If canceled up to 7 days before arrival date 90% 

then 100%
