7 Go Filter> Distort> ZigZag. (Amount: 92 Ridges: 16 Style: Pondripples)
8 Go Filter> Sketch> Chrome. (Detail: 4 Smoothness: 7)
9 Go Filter> Stylize> Extrude. (Type: Blocks Siza: 30 px Depth:30 Random) And ur done. Easy right ?
