1 Open up your picture.
2 Now press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+N this should bring up a new layer.
3 Press D and fill the layer.
4 Now take the "Polygonal Lasso Tool" and start to make a design with it. (Press Shift to make straight Lines)
5 When done press "Delete".
6 Go to "Blending options".

Okay you are done. To make the picture even more nicer take your "Rectanglar Marquee Tool". And do like this.

Press "Delete". Do that untill you are happy with the picture.
