supposed to be a totally negative judgement, as I understand it. »Cold
blooded» - well, at least he wasn't feverish. What's so bad about that?
»Calculating» - Had it been better if he hadn't been able to
calculate anything? Not even 9+4. Even Annica can do that, after some
trouble! Would it be better if he had been, so to speak, totally
incalculable? This is really something absolutely fantastic! Every

handhandins, earearins and kneekneeins instead! What the fuck do they mean?
Was he walking around »assing» people with his ass, or perhaps he put
