Pre-history

soon wet In 1984 Roger Karlsson and I decided we wanted to build ourselves two catamarans fitting the International Micro Multihull Class Rule. After a few months of 'research' we decided the Spyder by Malcolm Tennant was closest to our dreams and we ordered two sets of plans.

The winter 1984-85 was used for planning and for purchasing materials. The actual building activities started early in the summer of 1985 and on July 20, 1986 we launched our two cats in the harbour of the Canoe Club of Gothenburg (GKF). The photo to the right is from that launching day.
