The Edradour 
is the smallest 
distillery in Scotland.
But certainly with the most 
idyllic apperance that I came 
across. The production staff 
is no more than three persons. 
They are using the smallest size 
of spirit stills that the law 
allows. With a production 
of about twelve casks a 
week, Edradours annual 
production ends up 
with what a modern 
distillery
makes in 
a week.
