When Reverend Bob (lead vocal) first greeted the world in North Carolina,
he had no idea that his musical journey would take him via California and the 'Summer
of Love' to Sweden and the first wave of Swedish hardrock and heavy metal.
For those who remember the legendary exploits of the bands Stitch and Badland -
yes, Bob was the Man At The Front!
So when T Roth (guitar) ran into Bob in the early 1990's, they would discover
that they both had a burning love for heavy blues and Southen rock. To name a few of
their musical inspirations are artists such as ZZ Top, Allman Brothers,
Johnny Winters, Rick Derringer, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Molly Hatchet, Cactus, Doc Holliday and
their all time favorite, Point Blank. It was enevitable that the two would form
a bond which would evolve to become the band, Voodoo Beans.
With the addition of Ian (bass) and Mange (drums), the band has found a dynamic lineup
in which to deliver their brand of hard rock. Voodoo Beans shall be seen
live in action as they deliver the goods in a 'Diabolical' explosion of unbelievable
energy and output. Hold On To Your Butts!!!
