The flag of Lady de Ath is descibed as "Sable, a delta or over a V argent".
1. Does it mean that the delta is higher up on the shield/flag?
2. Or that the delta is placed on top of the V, perhaps something like this?
3. Or like this?
Comment by S. M. Stirling:
2 or 3, inclining to three.
It's not just a joke, by the way. It's also an elevated finger; sort of an in-your-face "and are you going to make anything of it?"
