Axel is in Barcelona! I'm in Barcelona for spring/summer 2008, studying spanish in a city where it is the second language after Catalá. Anyway, the background story here is that this is sort of an extension of my fall in Ecuador where I, among other things, learned a great deal of Spanish and wanted to continue on that path a while before I go back to my normal studies in August. Normal being M.Sc in Chemical Biology in Linköping, where I still have two years to go. I'm here through a Swedish university, studying at a small school in the city center. I live in a shared apartment together with an international couple from Finland and Venezuela, in one of the best parts of town: Born. I'm basically 300 meters from the Mediterranean sea, the beach being a bit farther away. If you always dreamt about going to Barcelona, this is the time. I'll be a great host. See ya! What else?
