So, it was a cold spring day 2001 when me and a couple of friends decided to start a stonerrock kinda band. We went to the practice room that we used to rehearse with Scumbrigade and started jamming. I brought one song with me (Herb Lore) and Mange brought one. The line up at this point was: me (Anton), Karro, Mange, Micke and Fredge. We did one more rehearsal with this line up, but then everyone had different views on how they would like the band to sound, so we kind of split up. A couple of month later Micke and me met in a bar (probably Indian Karishma) and decided to pick up where we had left, so we went to Eriksdals skolan where Sunday Morning Einsteins rehearse and began working on some songs. I think we played Nembutal Sleep and Herb Lore, but I'm not sure. We tried out a couple of drummers, but it was when Micke recommended the drummer of Martyrdöd, Jens, that everything started going really well. So, maybe two weeks after Jens joined the band, we had our first gig together with Martyrdöd at the now closed Tre Backar in Stockholm. It went really fine although I couldn't remember any of the lyrics (I wrote them the day before) so I was just shouting gibberish and there was some technical problems with the guitar. Fuck it, people seemed to like us anyway... In summer 2003 we joined Micke Borg in the Acetone studio in Stockholm to record a demo. It went really well and the outcome was a six song demo. We sent this demo to a couple of labels, but none replied. We did a couple of shows until we recorded a new demo in the summer of 2004. Again Micke did the producing, and the outcome was even better than the first demo. That's basically it, now let's see what the future has to say about this band. /Anton
