Librarian on duty - "chat service" from University of Oslo Library!

The service Librarian on Duty should be aimed at search help and information searching guidance, primarily for UiO students and staff (with access to all e-resources). Librarian on duty can be of assistance when the student, teachers, reserachers needs help with:

>searching the library or BIBSYS catalogue
>choosing the most appropriate database or other resource for the specific subject area
>choosing relevant search terms
>creating a strategy for searching databases and other electronic resources, available through UBO library
>finding relevant reference tools for users specific searches
