Webserver logs is a record for each web page load, including the web page address, time stamp, visitor identifier, and usually the address of the previous page. From this data it is possible to generate information on

> which search engines/other websites are providing you with visitors
> which words and phrases people are using on the search engines to find your site.
> statistics for each page including how long each page was viewed
> top entry pages for the site
> top exit pages for the site
> the most popular navigation routes through the site


Information available in these log is typically:

>The name or IP address of the client making the request
>The name of the user making the request
>The name used for authentication
>The date and time of the request
>The resource requested
>The status of the response sent to the client
>The size in bytes of the data returned to the client
>The URL that referred the client to the resource
>A string specifying the software application being used
>A unique identifier used to track the client between requests

Conclusions:

Another solution to accessing Intern pages should be done.The link http://www.ub.uio.no/ujur/local/ causes confusing for library users (but easy solution for library employees).
