Some comments about UBO website from UiO students
  • Why is it not possible to cancel or change reservations made over the internet!???? This is VERY inconvenient!!!!
  • It is OK
  • It is boring
  • It is good
  • It should explain som more information about what are Resources by Subject.
  • I do not understand what is a database.
  • Difficult to navigate
  • Which page is a homepage?
  • I newer seen the homepage.
  • I do not know What is the Libraries website and what's in it.
  • What do I have to do to check out books? This information should be on the home page.
  • Difficult to find the answer for some problems. FAQ should be on the first home page
  • If I do not understand something I can ask the librarian but not quickly online
  • I do not the difference between a database and a journal.
  • Where can I check my e-mail?
  • I do not understand what resources are.
  • Some information about a place in the Library where I can use my cell phone.
  • I will renew my items over the phone,or the chat
  • Library catalog and BIBSYS are confusing.
  • I do understand the some links on the UBO homepage
  • I like it, it is ok, but it could be much better

  • The students outside the country should have more information on this page

  • Is it possible to ask a reference question via email? I would assume it to be, if one was slightly polite...
  • What is the difference between Eletronic Journals and Electronic Bookshelf?
  • When I received a notice that an item I checked out is now overdue. What do I do?
  • The UBO website front door size should be increased, and those rotary doors really don't function as well as one would want for someone as antisocial and anxious as myself... No, really... I have no concrete suggestions, other than that the whole template on which UIO bases their websites are extremely cumbersome to fathom, for some reason.
  • Add an A-Z and an FAQ
