Questionnaire - A set of questions designed to collect responses and opinions from users on a topic.
Users given a list of questions to answer.
The questions includes closed questions (yes/no) or open question (ask for comments),
The questions are both paper questions and web-based questions.
They are not useful for recording actual behavior but very useful for noting opinions, experiences, "wish list" and demographic informatios.
Structure of the questionnaire.
The questionnaire consists of two main parts.
1.Questionnaire for the University of Oslo Library Employees.
2.Questionnaire fot the University of Oslo students.
Questionnaire for UiO employees
The questionnaire consists of tree parts, altogether 34 questions.

Part C: Link choose questionnaire
Questionnaire for UiO students
The questionnaire consists 27 questions.
Only one questionnaire was designed for UBO students.
