There are a variety of approaches to usability evaluation that you may choose to take. The methodologies can be divided into two broad categories:
.

>>those that gather data from actual users
>>those that can be applied without actual users present.


The approach of choosing to take depend on cost of usability evaluation.
UBO Website usability evaluations can be conducted at many stages:

Usability testing has been determined by some to be particularly effective in evaluating usability and uncovering user problems.
Usability testing, is standardized by ANSI, has been widely used in many other university libraries in whole world. The results of usability testing have been used to increase user's performance using information systems.
