Please provide the following information:

             1. Name

             2. Country

             3. Grade

             4. Participation in the Blitz tournament

Note that all participants must make a personal registration at the venue in order to participate.

 

ESC Blitz Personal registration at the venue, 15:00 - 18:00 Thursday July 16th

 

ESC/WOSC Personal registration at the venue, 15:00 - 22:00 Thursday July 16th

The registration fee is to be paid in cash at personal registration

It is not possible to pay with credit card

 

ESC Blitz          2,50 Euro or 25 SEK

 

ESC/WOSC      10 Euro or 100 SEK

 

 

         Personal registration

It is allowed to make a late entry in Open ESC in Blitz . Players who enter late in the Blitz tournament will start with 0 points.

 

It is not possible to enter ESC after round 1.

 

It is allowed to make a late entry in WOSC in round 2 to 4.

In order to enter WOSC in round 2 personal registration shall be made latest 12.00 Friday July 17th.

In order to enter WOSC in round 3 personal registration shall be made latest 14.30 Friday July 17th.

In order to enter WOSC in round 4 personal registration shall be made latest 17.30 Friday July 17th.

 

Latecomers are given a starting point of 0 or 1 point depending on rating and on the round of entry according to a system decided made by FESA in year 2000.

Players that participate in round 1 of the ESC/WOSC are divided in three groups of equal size (ranked by Elo) and latecomers are assigned a group (top, middle, bottom) and receive the belowmentioned points on the basis of their rating.

Latecomers assigned in the top group are given 0 points if entering in round 2 and 1 point if entering in round 3 or 4.

Latecomers assigned in the middle group are given 0 points if entering in round 2 and 3 and 1 point if entering in round 4.

Latecomers assigned in the bottom group are given 0 points regardeless of round of entry.
